Client Services

Our services are focused on the small to medium sized businesses, nonprofits and individuals along the I-90 corrdidor including North Bend, Snoqualmie, Issaquah, Bellevue and Seattle.  Our desire is to not only provide the basic service needed but to help our clients improve their financial state and to reach their vision. This is accomplished by getting to know our clients.

Pricing

Each client’s investment for our services will vary based upon the scope of the project and is generally determined prior to the start.  Ongoing projects over a period of time can be set at a fixed monthly rate rather than a lump sum.

The following represent the minimum fees for some of our services:

Bookkeeping

  • Quarterly for 50 transactions              $185 per quarter
  • Monthly for 50 transactions                $175 per quarter

Taxes:

  • Form 1040 – itemized – starting at $225 (non-itemized may be less)
  • Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120S Starting at: $475

Certain discounts will apply to the above fees where multiple returns are prepared for the same family or where there are multiple companies with the same ownership.

Standard Mileage Allowance Decreased for 2016!

The standard mileage allowance for business transportation expenses has decreased to 54 cents per mile.  This is the amount that can be deducted for each business mile traveled.  This is due to the lower gasoline costs.
